In Carmel Valley, I caught a glimpse of: a coyote bounding across the road and into the oak forest; a great blue heron standing in a field; wild turkey hens; my magnificent turkey vultures high above; a bunny (rare in daylight); and this white pony resting in the cool morning sunlight.
